Over the summer I bought a lot of rhubarb and wanted to make something fun with it all. I had never made jab before, so I thought I would give it a shot. I made this recipe from allrecipes.com for Strawberry Rhubarb jam. For some reason I decided to make this recipe late at night before I had to wake up early and travel somewhere. Bad choice, but the jam came out great. It made a lot of jam, so I ended up freezing some of it. The recipe made EIGHT small jam jars. Thank goodness my dad loved it and ate it all summer.
