The Daily Grind: Sweetleaf, Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The Sweetleaf location in Williamsburg is conveniently located a few blocks from the L train subway stop, and it just a block from the water.  Going here is perfect for warm spring/summer/fall days.  When the Brooklyn Flea Market is open it's just a block away from this store front.  As always, my go to drink at Sweetleaf is a Rocketfuel.  It's just so unique and yummy.  I think it's nice to order a specialty drink from a coffee shop when they have one.

I met up a friend at this skate park, which was transformed into an outdoor theater for screaning E.T.  Love that movie!  The blue sky and grey colors are so dreamy here.  Looking forward to summer nights watching movies outdoors this summer.

Today is the first day of April in the year of 2016 and I am so excited this day is here.  Over the last two months I have been super busy.  To be honest it's been a bit crazy, and I'm looking forward to some downtime this April.  I've decided that posting every single day in 2016 is not what I want to be doing with my blog.  My initial idea of positing everyday was great.  I set that goal with the objective that I would be doing something creative everyday and producing something meaningful for myself.  As it turns out, posting everyday is not meaningful, because I do not have enough time to be thoughtful with my posts.  I'm just throwing them up there.  I'm really excited about what I'm posting but at the end of the day don't have the energy to say why I'm excited.  So, things are changing.  I will be posting less, but better quality posts.  Can't wait for what the spring will bring!
